Do you charge by the hour?
We prefer fixed price agreements so that neither party is surprised with unexpected costs of invoices. Contact us for a FREE quote.
How do you accept payment?

What accounting software do you use?
Xero is our preferred accounting software system, but our bookkeepers are also well versed in MYOB Essentials. We use Xero Tax for preparation, signing and lodgement of compliance documents sent to the Australian Taxation Office.
How do I send you my accounting files?
We can obtain documents from you in a number of ways. The easiest way is to email them to your accounting file. Alternatively, we can arrange an alternative cloud share system such as DropBox or GoogleDrive.
