*REFERRAL REWARDS

- Discount will apply on the monthly invoice following the new client engaging our services.
- If the current client pays in weekly or fortnightly instalments, the discount will apply to the total monthly pricing package. ie: over 2 fortnightly invoices, or 4 weekly invoices.
-Only 1 referral discount will be applied per month. Multiple referrals will role over on a month to month basis.

1. DEFINITIONS & ACRONYMS
1.1. “Business Days” means Monday – Friday where trading banks located in Victoria, Australia are open to the public for transactions.
1.2. “GST” means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged on designated goods and services as defined under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cwlth).
1.3. “Law” means any written rule/s e.g. Act, Regulation, Code, Order or rule, any government ordinance or by-law, any governmental agency’s rule, regulation or determination, and any form of custom or policy recognised and enforced by court judgment.
1.4. “Personal Information” has the meaning as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth).
1.5. “Privacy Policy” means: the Exact BAS and Bookkeeping Privacy Policy found on the Website.
1.6. “Terms and Conditions” means: the specific Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, governing your use of the Exact BAS and Bookkeeping Website, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
